It seemed like Talia's life was settling down, only she is grabbed by an enemy that they didn't expect。 Can her men find her? What secrets is Talia yet to learn? Is Talia going to suffer or will her men find her quickly? Can she trust any of the Murk? I enjoyed this continuation of Talia and her men (Sylas, Corwin, Whitt and August), the new challenges they had to face, and I am waiting for what happens next。 I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received, and giving my thoughts and opinions on it It seemed like Talia's life was settling down, only she is grabbed by an enemy that they didn't expect。 Can her men find her? The last book left us off on a huge cliffhanger… and holy crap does this whole book contain a high level of excitement and intriguing the whole way through。 I really don’t want to say too much, but so many secrets are revealed and a lot of things are explained。 I cannot wait to see where Talia’s story goes next because it promises to be exciting!

Talia is back and so is the action, danger, surprises, upsets and a bit of kidnapping thrown in to add to all the fun her life has been lately。 Instead of having fun with her men this time around she is kidnapped and has to stay alive and figure a wait to escape。 Lots of fun times and Talia showing what a girl can do。 Just a good story that kept me glued to the end to see how and what Talia must face this time。 Entertaining with some heat and surprises。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 I honestly can’t remember the last time I was so enthralled in a series like this。 Talia has been abducted by the Murk and spends pretty much the whole book in their compound。 We meet Orion, the Murk king, and one of his… lieutenants (?) Madoc。 Talia and Madoc definitely have a connection, but she does not trust him right away, and never really fully trusts him。 I appreciated that she didn’t just put blind faith in a stranger who abducted her。 Her goal remains to return to her mates, and if she I honestly can’t remember the last time I was so enthralled in a series like this。 Talia has been abducted by the Murk and spends pretty much the whole book in their compound。 We meet Orion, the Murk king, and one of his… lieutenants (?) Orion is fucking crazy, dude。 There’s no other word for it。 It almost seems like a cult, honestly。 Madoc is not crazy, but he is a little brainwashed。 There’s definitely hope for him though, and I loved the interaction between him and Talia。 Talia is a beacon of light。 That’s the only way I can describe her。 It’s not annoying how good she is though。 She is still human and doesn’t come across as some paragon of goodness and virtue。 She just… is good。 I dunno, I just really love Talia。 Also, since Talia is with the Murk for a lot of the book, we get to see more of the mates doing their thing。 I love seeing Corwin kind of integrate into the brotherhood the Seelie mates share。 Gives me the warm fuzzies every time they interact。 I am so glad this series is rapid release because I cannot wait for book 8。 Not to kiss Eva Chase’s ass or anything, but seriously this series has been such a surprise。 I’m all in。 I’ve been all in since book 1。 。。。more

What a fantastic book to add to an already great series。 Love the FMC and how she gets through all that is thrown at her。 Would definitely recommend this whole series。

The twist of twists no one saw coming。Talia who is one of the best heroines around, just ended up in the worst of the worst situations she never dreamed could happen, again。 She is separated from the life she was just getting her head wrapped around and finding her way to deciding that was the life she wanted。 Until the Murk showed up。 She has to start from ground zero and figure out a way, again。 She is such a courageous person, a diplomate, but also knows she may not get things done with just The twist of twists no one saw coming。Talia who is one of the best heroines around, just ended up in the worst of the worst situations she never dreamed could happen, again。 She is separated from the life she was just getting her head wrapped around and finding her way to deciding that was the life she wanted。 Until the Murk showed up。 She has to start from ground zero and figure out a way, again。 She is such a courageous person, a diplomate, but also knows she may not get things done with just talking either。 Talia’s guys take a back seat in this installment, but I was glad they were still part of the story and even becoming more of a team as they search for her。 Just when you think there cannot possibly be any steam in this book, think again。 A great job of keeping up the heat even when it seems impossible。 Another excellent read in this ongoing saga and I highly recommend to read the entire series。 I received this book for free and voluntarily reviewed。 。。。more

Talia has proven to be a resourceful little warrior throughout this entire series。 Able to adapt and ultimately overcome the many challenges she has faced。 Her strength and honesty have shaped the narrative and brought it to life。 Being kidnapped by the Murk, forced to cooperate, stripped of her dignity and cut off from everything she has come to love, Talia still manages to find it in her to look beyond the obvious。 Seeing bits of herself in the very beings who are holding her captive。 We are f Talia has proven to be a resourceful little warrior throughout this entire series。 Able to adapt and ultimately overcome the many challenges she has faced。 Her strength and honesty have shaped the narrative and brought it to life。 Being kidnapped by the Murk, forced to cooperate, stripped of her dignity and cut off from everything she has come to love, Talia still manages to find it in her to look beyond the obvious。 Seeing bits of herself in the very beings who are holding her captive。 We are finding answers to some of the mysteries in this adventure but we are faced with new ones as well。 I love how Ms Eva is able to find new and inventive ways to bring this story to life。 There are some explicit scenes but this book definitely does not disappoint! Can’t wait for the next one to see what happens next! 。。。more

The Murk are finally here!! I have no idea why but since the first time they were mentioned and introduced I was really curious about these fae without a place in The Mist。 Where did they live? How do tjye work? Are they really as weak as the Seelie and Unseelie think? Those questions are answered after Talia's abduction。 Talia can't get a second for herself to breathe or celebrate with her mates。 She nows has to find a way to escape, find her way back to her mates and warn them about the Murk。I The Murk are finally here!! Talia can't catch a break。 Just as she finally gets to publicly claim her three summer fae men, with the full approval of her winter fae soul-twined mate, she gets snatched by the Murk and taken from the Mists back to the human world。 There, she finally learns exactly where she came from and she is left reeling from the knowledge。 With her mate-bond to Corwin suppressed, she has only a tenuous connection to Whitt through his true name to call upon。 Unfortunately, she is too far away to get more Talia can't catch a break。 Just as she finally gets to publicly claim her three summer fae men, with the full approval of her winter fae soul-twined mate, she gets snatched by the Murk and taken from the Mists back to the human world。 There, she finally learns exactly where she came from and she is left reeling from the knowledge。 With her mate-bond to Corwin suppressed, she has only a tenuous connection to Whitt through his true name to call upon。 Unfortunately, she is too far away to get more than a broken, disjointed message through before the pain in her head forces her to break off the communication。 She has one Murk male that at least treats her like a person。 She doesn't trust Madoc, but she doesn't think he will abuse her like the Murk king does。 Though King Orion sometimes treats her like a pet, he is a cruel, twisted male who is set on destroying the summer and winter fae and taking over the Mists。 She has to escape and get back to her men to warn them, but how? With only her bronze bracelet and her knowledge of a few true names, she has her work cut out for her。Stay tuned。 Much more to come。 I was given an advanced copy of this book by the author。 My review is voluntary。 。。。more

Another exciting episode in this wonderful series。 Kidnapped and taken to another part of the Fae world, Talina encounters the cruelest of them all, the Murk。 Will she be able to find a way out of her predicament? Can she get back and warn her men of the danger? Who can she trust? I am so looking forward to the next book。I received an ARC copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review。

Talia has been kidnapped by the Murk, the cruelest and most despised of the fae。 She finds out about her family history and how she became the curse breaker。 It is not a pretty story not is the way her life has been manipulated by the Murk。Talia tries to see the best in everyone, but she is having a hard time doing that with their leader。This is a great story and answers many questions about Talia。 I look forward to the next book in this series。 Eva Chase is a brilliant writer。I receives an ARC Talia has been kidnapped by the Murk, the cruelest and most despised of the fae。 She finds out about her family history and how she became the curse breaker。 It is not a pretty story not is the way her life has been manipulated by the Murk。Talia tries to see the best in everyone, but she is having a hard time doing that with their leader。This is a great story and answers many questions about Talia。 I look forward to the next book in this series。 Eva Chase is a brilliant writer。I receives an ARC of this book in return for an honest review。 。。。more

After her abduction into the Fae realm, Talia has made conquered all of the obstacles she has so far encountered and now has a life for herself with one soul bond and 3 mates, but now finds herself kidnapped into the part of the world inhabited by the Murk who seem to have far more power than anyone could have imagined。 They suddenly seem to have far more of an influence on her life than she had ever imagined and it becomes clear that the longer she remains in their part of the world the more th After her abduction into the Fae realm, Talia has made conquered all of the obstacles she has so far encountered and now has a life for herself with one soul bond and 3 mates, but now finds herself kidnapped into the part of the world inhabited by the Murk who seem to have far more power than anyone could have imagined。 They suddenly seem to have far more of an influence on her life than she had ever imagined and it becomes clear that the longer she remains in their part of the world the more they will use her against the men that she loves to destroy everything that she has grown to care about。 If she fails now the entire faerie world will be irreparably changed, but she really can't see how she can do it alone - but as she is among the cruellest of the fae, she really can't see where she will find herself an ally。There were some major revelations in this book that are going to change things for everyone if they can move past their historical hate and impressions。 Talia tried her best to be a rational and friendly person although I have to say that in the face of the cruelty from the Murk that was certainly a tall order at times。 I loved the way that the book finished and the next one certainly promises to be explosive in many ways。 Well written and easy to read and understand。 I loved the clear descriptions of the memories which felt very real。 Contains some explicit sexual content。 。。。more
